For the Love of Children 3: A Tribute to Heroes is an international concert honoring remarkable heroes from the September 11, 2001 tragedy and the 2004 911 national youth heroes. Proceeds will benefit public safety, health educational & support service programs for two outstanding non-profit organizations: 911 for Kids and the Dorough Lupus Foundation.

On Saturday, September 11, 2004 entertainers, recording artists and athletes will join together to pay tribute to these heroes.

Howie D. Appreciation Day Fundraising Event 2003-2006....

2nd Annual Howie D. Appreciation Day Fundraiser Event was held at the Mel Lastman Square in Toronto, Canada. 12-4pm August 23rd, 2003. all proceeds went to the Dorough Lupus Foundation. All winning participants won BSB Merchandise for their chance to play BSB Trivia. I would like to thank the fans for coming this year, and congratulations to this years winners, Janis, Nandy, Lisa lots more. I would also like to thank Paula Michele and my daughter Cheryl who performed as well as I too. lol They were awesome! Also thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the entertainment. Thank you to Ron The sound technition, without him we wouldn't have been able to sing, and the City of Toronto for letting us have use of the Mel Lastman Square!! Thank you all!

The 3rd annual 2004 event was cancelled, sorry for any inconveniences.

We will be holding yet another Howie D Appreciation Day 2005, most likely on Howie's Birthday ,  I will be performing as well as Paula Michele.I asked the New Canadian Idol Kalan Porter, Anna and a few American Idols but nothing has been confirmed yet. The venue will be in a different location, so when that comes available, I will keep you posted months before the event. Hope to see lots more of you this year!! Thank you.
